UHV Laboratory:

This laboratory has the necessary equipment for the research of the vacuum process that is made to the panels. Among the material we have, there are several molecular and conventional turbo pumps, mass spectrometer, valve systems and specific circuit systems to obtain the UHV, computer equipment for the monitoring of several parameters of the UHV, as well as a small magnetron.
