Exceeded Objectives

The manufacturing process of the Solar thermal collector UHV has developed completely.

We have investigated and obtained the materials and parameters that makes the solar thermal collector UHV, a better energetic performance than the competition.

It has been developed, installed and started a mass production system, in which we integrate the process, materials and parameters developed in the laboratory, obtaining an industrial process with industrial control methods for the different parameters.

The mass production system has been validated submitting the small series obtained in the pilot plant to tests, to assure that in the transfer from laboratory process to industrial process it hasn’t lost performance.


To continue the research of mass production in the pilot plant in two lines:

  • Prototype manufacture according to the new specifications from Corp. SRB Energy research centre in Switzerland, to improve the panel performance.
  • Continue the research in Almussafes to improve the processes, to have more reliable processes or a lower production costs.
