Laboratories

There are 5 laboratories dedicated  to investigation and an office zone. Each of the laboratories integrate the research of the different Solar Panel technologies.

Geneva

• Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) Laboratory dedicated to the research of the necessary process to support and maintain the vacuum inside the panel.
• Surface coating laboratory: dedicated to test the chemical products and to process the surface coating of the different panel components.
• Glass treatment laboratory: dedicated to the preparation of the glass from the panel.
  Welding and assembly laboratory: dedicated to the final assembly and welding of the different panel components.
• Solar laboratory: dedicated to test the different prototypes of  the panels and solar trackers developed in SRB’s facilities both in Switzerland and Valencia.
  

Valencia 

• Mechanic laboratory: dedicated to the reseach of the metallic structure, both of the panel and the solar tracker.
• Industrial vacuum laboratory: dedicated to research the vacuum process of the solar panels.

Office: There is an office for the development of the engineering work, administrative and meetings, as well as several machines of advanced CAD/CAM design.
