Manufacture

SRB Energy, assembles and manufactures all the components of the panel, from the collector structure up to the vacuum process, passing through the manufacture of the absorbency systems, sealed-metal glass, etc. Definitively, SRB Energy, is capable of offering the complete manufacture of the product, under pre-established patents for the company worldwide.

The first manufacturing facility of SRB is placed in Valencia (Spain). It has a surface of 10.000 m2, and it holds a manufacturing line completely automated which, at full capacity, can produce more than 200m2 of solar collector area per day.

Manufacturing of support structures and sun trackers.

SRB designs and manufactures support structures with and without sun tracking depending on the needs of each project. SRB already owns a 1 axis sun tracker for electricity generation power plant applications. All this is possible due to the experience and know-how achieved by the Segura group in the automotive industry.
